What's the difference between Ghost and Ghost X?
Ghost X has 20% more thrust, an Active Imaging 3-in-1 nosecone (vs. HDI on Ghost), an enhanced directional indicator, auto-aligning stow, and GPS remote compatibility. Ghost is available in 47", 52", and 60" shafts; Ghost X is 47" only.
Which shaft length do I need?
47" fits most bass boats. 52" suits deeper-V hulls and moderate chop. 60" is for large walleye boats and deep-V hulls where the motor needs to reach further below the waterline. Measure from your bow mounting surface to the waterline and add 20 inches.
Can I upgrade the Ghost HDI nosecone to Active Imaging?
The nosecone is integrated and not field-swappable. For Active Imaging sonar, pair Ghost with a separate Active Imaging transducer mounted on the transom, or consider Ghost X which includes Active Imaging 3-in-1.
