Return Policy

All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. All returns are also subject to extra restocking fees charged by distributor or manufacturer.

Returns are requested online by submitting this form for approval. Emailed instructions will be sent once the return is approved. Form completion does not authorize a return.

All returns will be inspected by a store, manufacturer or distributor representative for evaluation of product to be eligible for refund. Not all items are eligible for a return. Please contact our store to see if items are eligible for return.

Online orders paid by credit/debit card are allowed returns for 30 days.

Finance orders are strict for returns. You may not even have your product yet and may not be eligible for return. Finance orders are allowed 7 days from the date the contract is signed or completed to be returned. This does not include underwriting and processing time. Some financed orders may not be shipped within the 7 days and meet the 7 day return policy. We suggest you pay outright if you would like to use our 30 day return policy. Financing orders are also subject to restocking fees and any other fees associated.

Customer is responsible for all return shipping costs to the store, manufacturer and distributor. Customers will also be responsible for any fees during the return process. We suggest using insurance when shipping products back to us. We are not responsible for damaged, lost or missing items during return shipping.

Items that may or may not qualify for return:

NO RETURN ACCEPTED WITHOUT REQUEST FORM APPROVAL.

Items returned without an approved form will be discarded and thrown away when received.

Refunds are processed immediately. Allow 3-5 business days to see the refund credited back to you. Occasionally it does take more than 3-5 business days!

We reserve the right to refuse any returns at our sole discretion.
