Description
⚡ A modern take on a classic. The Bates THE O.G. 100 is one of the only truly compact round baitcasters still made in America, blending old-school round-reel feel with cutting-edge machining.
Each O.G. is cut from a single block of 6061-T6 bar-stock aluminum for a rigid, zero-flex frame, then fitted with brass main and pinion gears and a 10+2+1 bearing system for a silky, solid retrieve. The adjustable magnetic brake and 14 lb drag give you smooth, clicky control, and the double-anodized finish shrugs off inshore saltwater. An 88mm aluminum crank with grippy rubberized knobs rounds out the package.
