How is this different from a regular crossbow scope?
Built-in laser rangefinder. Range your target THROUGH the scope, the scope auto-calculates the correct aim point, and you shoot. No separate rangefinder, no scrolling reticles, no holdover math.
Will it fit my crossbow?
Compatible with nearly all crossbow rail mounting systems. There are also pre-calibrated versions sold direct by major crossbow brands (Ravin, TenPoint), those models come pre-loaded with that brand's bolt ballistics.
What about the Xero A1 / A1i for crossbows?
NO, the A1/A1i bow sights are for compound bows only. They don't work with crossbows. The X1i scope is the crossbow-specific solution.
Maximum effective range?
250 yards on game targets, 500 yards on reflective targets. Aiming accuracy is ½ MOA (½ inch at 100 yards). Effective hunting range is generally 60-80 yards depending on your bow speed and arrow setup.
