Warranty & Service Exchange Policy
All manufacturers have a warranty statement on the products they offer. To review please see the manufacturer's website for the procedure of warranty related problems. We follow their guidelines in the process or any warranty issue that may be of concern. Most items have a warranty listed with their owners manual or stated on manufacturers website under the product. If any issues arise we will follow the same procedure of the manufacturers to get the product replaced, exchanged or repaired. Their procedures may want the customer to send the product to their warehouse and not our store. Some manufacturers will have a warranty program that we can offer warranty services at the store. Please see our warranty section below to see if we offer warranty and exchange for that product. We are not the manufacturer and we will not be held liable or responsible for the decision of the warranty. When having warranty services provided you will be held liable for all shipping cost. If you are without a product during warranty issues and need the same product during the down time waiting on warranty, we suggest you purchase the same or another product. This is solely the customers choice. Sometimes manufacturers have a loaner program but that is at the discretion of the manufacturer policies. We have the no say in the decision process of the manufacturer's warranty. We are just a retailer and we do want the feedback if there is an issue.

NON-WARRANTY SERVICE EXCHANGE (DISCOUNTED COST AFTER WARRANTY) items exchanged or replaced gets free return shipping. No receipt or proof of purchase is required. So it does not matter where you got the unit from. Just complete the form for pre-approval and instructions.
