Returns & Warranty Exchanges
We have teamed up with Garmin and Dogtra to offer replacement devices that fall under the warranty the dealers have no matter where the unit was purchased. Also if it is out of warranty we can exchange the product for you at a discounted price no matter where the unit was purchased. Dogtra offers a 2 year warranty and Garmin offers a 1 year warranty.
When we teamed up with these companies we adopted their same warranty and non-warranty procedures. See pricing table for non-warranty cost.
NON-WARRANTY (DISCOUNTED COST AFTER WARRANTY) items exchange or replaced gets free shipping. No receipt or proof of purchased is required. So it does not matter where you got the unit from. Just complete the form below and send your damaged products to us and we will usually contact you the same day we receive your items.
WARRANTY (FREE REPLACEMENT WITHIN WARRANTY) items exchanged or replaced get free shipping to our store when purchased from Carolina Sportsman Outfitters. This requires pre-authorization from a representative at the store for a return label. Also this requires proof of purchase and a complete warranty exchange form.
WARRANTY (FREE REPLACEMENT WITHIN WARRANTY) items exchanged or replaced that were NOT purchased at Carolina Sportsman Outfitters is no problem. We got you squared away, we only ask that you pay the return shipping to us. This requires proof of purchase and a completed warranty exchange form.
MANDATORY: If you send your products to us without completing the form, you will be considered out of warranty and we will be glad to exchange it for the non-warranty procedure!
Original sales receipt must accompany returns. We accept returns for exchanges or refunds 30 calendar days after the delivery date. If it is a financed order you have 7 days to return your product for a refund. These products must be returned in the new and unused condition. After the return policy days are exceeded you can still warranty your products with the proper warranty exchange form filled out.
Refund are given only after inspection of your item(s) after we receive it.
You may be subject to restocking fees.
