Cable-steer with Spot-Lock explained: Ultrex uses a traditional cable-steer foot pedal for steering control (mechanical, direct-drive). Add Spot-Lock and CoPilot via the i-Pilot Link Remote. When you press Spot-Lock on the remote, the motor takes over and holds GPS position automatically. Press the foot pedal again to take back control. This is the only Minn Kota that combines mechanical cable-steer with Spot-Lock GPS.

Saltwater vs freshwater models?
