š” Lost a collar antenna in the briars or chewed one off at the box? The Supra-Tuff is a heavy-duty replacement VHF whip antenna for Garmin and Dogtra GPS tracking collars, built tougher than the factory antenna to take the abuse hounds and bird dogs put on a collar.
It is the antenna that sticks up off the collar and sends your dog's location back to your handheld. Made by Buzzard's Roost, a dog tracking parts maker, and their customers report better communication and range than a worn factory whip.
Which length do I need?
Short 18.5": the compact antenna for small tracking collars and smaller dogs. Best fit for the Garmin TB10, TT15 Mini, TT25 Mini and Dogtra Pathfinder Mini collars, and it also fits the full-size collars below.
Long 23.5": the long-range antenna for any dog that needs that extra reach. Fits Garmin T5, T5X, TT15, TT15 Mini, TT25, TT25 Mini, Alpha T20, plus the older DC50 and TT10, and the Dogtra Pathfinder series.

How do I replace the antenna on my Garmin collar?
The collar antenna is user-replaceable. Remove the screws on the antenna cover with a small Phillips screwdriver, swap the antenna, and screw it back down. Garmin posts steps for each collar on its support site.
Will a longer collar antenna get more range?
Pick the 23.5" long antenna when range matters most. The 18.5" is the better fit on small dogs and mini collars where a long whip catches brush.
Will it fit my Dogtra Pathfinder 2?
Yes. The long fits the Pathfinder series and the short fits the Pathfinder Mini collars.
