Description
š”ļø The PARD Bobcat 640 is a handheld thermal scanner, the one you keep on your chest rig to find game before you ever shoulder the rifle. Sweep a field, pick up a hog's heat at distance, range it with the built-in laser, make the call.
What sets the Bobcat 640 apart in PARD's lineup is the 640x512 sensor in a pocket-sized monocular. That higher-res core, versus the 256 and 384 PARD handhelds, resolves a coyote from a stump where smaller sensors show a warm blob, and the 50Hz refresh keeps a running animal sharp. The 2.6x base plus 4-stage digital zoom lets you scan wide, then push in to confirm.
Day or night. Thermal reads heat, not light, so the Bobcat 640 scans in daylight too. The killer daytime use is finding hogs and game bedded down in thick brush, shade, and cover a day optic looks right past, and after dark it lights up everything warm.
