IXI BLOWLY, is the ultimate shallow assault crankbait and third creation from the I×I project born from the combined insight of Katsutaka Imae and Yuki Ito.
Equipped with Ito's signature hydrodynamic theory (PAT.P) deployed in the FURIOUS series, BLOWLY features a fat-bodied profile that stirs the super-shallow zone with an fever-pitch retrieve action.
