FAQ
XPLORE 12 vs APEX — what's the difference?
Both are premium Humminbird platforms. XPLORE is the newer generation with modernized interface, quad-core, and included LakeMaster/CoastMaster. APEX offers larger screens (up to 19"). For most anglers, XPLORE 12 is the better value with newer technology.
Is 12" too big for a bass boat bow?
12 inches is standard at the bow on modern bass boats. Flush-mount keeps it clean. If space is tight, consider XPLORE 10 for bow and 12 at console.
