Description
š The DNT ZULUS HD V2 ZHD520R-V2 is a digital day and night vision scope that shows a true, detailed image of the animal, not a heat blob, so you can positively identify your target before the shot. 5-20x magnification with a built-in rangefinder.
It runs a 1920x1080 Sony Starvis 2 CMOS sensor behind ED glass, built to gather low light and resolve detail. In daylight it works like a normal day scope; after dark its IR lights the scene for a clear picture. The built-in laser rangefinder reads distance to 1,100 yards with a ballistic calculator, and it's rated for .50 BMG recoil.
Day and night, true image. By day the ZHD520R-V2 runs like any day scope, so you sight in and hunt daylight with the same optic. After dark, with IR, you still see a real image, the detail that lets you confirm a coon from a possum or a coyote from a dog before you touch the trigger.

Digital NV or thermal? Digital NV like the ZULUS shows a true image to ID the animal and works all day, but needs some light or its IR after dark. Thermal detects heat through brush and total darkness but shows less detail. Many hunters run both.
Which ZULUS? The ZHD520R-V2 is the high-magnification 5-20x with ranging. Want 3-12x for closer work, the ZHD312R-V2. Want to skip the rangefinder, the ZHD520-V2. Step to the ZULUS 4K for a 4K sensor and 50mm lens.
In the box: ZULUS HD V2 scope, PMS mount, eye cup, flip-up cover, two 21700 batteries, charger, two USB cables, user manual, lens cloth, quick start.
Does it work in daylight? Yes, it runs as a full-detail day scope, then uses IR after dark. Is it thermal? No, digital night vision, you see a true image to ID the animal. Does it range? Yes, to 1,100 yards with a ballistic calculator. Will it hold zero? Yes, rated for .50 BMG.
