Will it fit my shotgun?
This is a Browning Invector thread choke. Fits older Browning shotguns with standard Invector threads (typically pre-1990s). Threading systems are NOT interchangeable, verify your shotgun's choke threading before purchase.
Turkey chokes, why so tight?
Turkey hunters need maximum pellet density on the head/neck (not body) at 30-50 yards. Turkey chokes have 0.060+ inch constriction, much tighter than Full. Pattern density determines turkey choke effectiveness, not raw range.
What's an Extended choke?
Sticks out past the barrel rather than sitting flush. Easier to grab/swap with gloves on (matters in cold weather), and often delivers slightly better pattern performance due to longer parallel section.
