What this adapter does
The Lowrance 000-14068-001 is a 7-pin transducer to Hook2/Reveal/Cruise adapter cable, roughly 25 inches long. It connects an older 7-pin blue-connector Lowrance transducer (such as a Skimmer or HDI transducer) to the transducer port on a Hook2 (5, 7, 9, or 12 inch), Hook Reveal, or Simrad Cruise display. If you upgraded your head unit and want to keep the transducer you already own, this is the cable that makes it fit.

Important compatibility note

It is not for HDS Gen3, HDS Carbon, HDS Live, Elite Ti, Elite Ti2, or Elite FS, those use a 9-pin xSonic port and need a different adapter. It also does not add down or side imaging; it passes through whatever sonar your transducer already supports.
